In 2012 we bought a house with a pool that had not been used in years and was in a dreadful state of disrepair. Integra redid the plumbing and electric wiring, removed existing plaster and replastered with quartz, installed new tile, and replaced all equipment (pump, filter, and salt chlorine generator). They hired subcontractors to install a solar heating system and new patio deck. Their workmanship was superb and we have been very happy with our "new" pool. What I admire most about Integra Pools is that they respond quickly to questions and offer advice, even though it has been six years since the work was done. They really stand behind their work.

Took a while, but went quite well. A few small issues came up. Those were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The crew were really nice and careful with keeping things picked up, not letting dogs get out the gate, etc. They were at my house when pool delivered; checked everything while delivery truck there. One piece was missing. They handled getting it. Throughout the process, they worked closely with Endless Pool people to be sure I was getting the right materials. It was more complex than I would have predicted.

Takes about 8 weeks to construct a pool/spa combination with a real granite rock water feature. Be prepared for your yard to be destroyed during construction, but it will be worth it when it is finished. Their work is well done and their subs were very good. All of the workers were very polite and treated our property as a home, not a construction site. I'm very pleased with the work and the follow-up to my questions. Would highly recommend them to a high quality pool/spa. Coordinated well with my contractor that was building an outdoor kitchen adjacent to the pool.

There is no better pool company in town, they have the best staff with 40 years of experience and performed an extremely challenging fix/repair job that another pool company botched- big time. We cannot tell you how hard these guys worked to bore under the decking into the pool and spa to give more circulation. They were beyond amazing and professional, and came on time every day, always left a clean construction site, never complained at the obstacles, their price is good, and they finished in a reasonable time frame. They care about their quality of work and really take pride in it. They take the time to explain everything. And I hope Jerry and Dave NEVER retired because I'm never referring to anyone else. if anyone has questions I would be happy to reply.
